You read that right. I have severe adhd and insomnia(I like to be unmedicated for the most part, and not have a Doctor) and my insomnia thrives off of the adhd. Anyways, I have heard of benzos being safer for sleep aid vs using Hypnotics, and since the price for this was hard to argue with, I figured I’d do it for science. I hope it works as good as the description says, and I will tell you guys about my initial thoughts and how it helped. It should be here soon! I also have horrible night terrors, sometimes they get so bad, I don’t sleep right for 3-5 nights, sometimes staying up all night to avoid it. Sleep issues are present in my dad’s side. Maybe this will help the nights I lie awake ❤️
